Meet Stevee
I’ve been teaching movement for over 10 years across New Zealand, London, and Sydney. I’m qualified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Pre and Post Natal, and Personal Training, and I’ve been lucky enough to work as a Head Trainer for multiple studios, leading teams, supporting other instructors, and creating classes that help people feel strong and confident.
Outside of the health and wellbeing world, I spent years in the corporate space, leading large teams across sales, operations, and HR in the retail sector. That experience taught me a lot about people, leadership, and how powerful it is to create an environment where others can thrive.
Matte Studios has been a true labour of love - born from the desire to build a space that offers the kind of classes I love to do every day, in an atmosphere that’s welcoming, encouraging, and full of good vibes. I’m so excited to bring this vision to life and share it with our community.
Meet Molly
As a Pilates and strength coach with nearly a decade of experience, I bridge science with real-life movement to create classes that empower confidence, connection, and capability. My mission is to educate and inspire others to understand the essential role strength training plays in a balanced weekly routine.
One of my greatest passions is supporting women through every stage of pre and postnatal life. As the founder of The 4th Trimester, I’ve created a supportive space for new mothers to move, learn, and rebuild together - making expert guidance and honest conversations around postpartum recovery accessible to all.
Meet Courtney
I’m known for my sneaky slow burns that leave you feeling stronger every time. I fell in love with Pilates while recovering from a back injury and for the past 3 years, I’ve been helping clients do the same - empowering them to move in ways they love and feel confident in their bodies.
As a university-qualified nutritionist (and future dietitian), I’m passionate about fueling your body from the inside out, so you can feel your happiest and strongest, both physically and mentally.
Meet Lily
I’ve been teaching Mat Pilates for nearly two years alongside my full-time corporate career. With a background in Sports Management and (amateur!) dance, I’ve always loved exploring all things movement and balance.
What I love most about teaching is seeing clients try something new in class and give it their best, there’s nothing better than watching that confidence grow!
Meet Teagan
After years of practicing Pilates, I wanted to share my love for movement with others. I began my teaching journey last year and am passionate about creating classes that move the body in fun, dynamic and creative ways.
My goal is for every client to leave feeling satisfied, challenged, and with that signature full-body burn, the kind that reminds you just how capable you are.
